Enjoying the fruits of our labours

Last year we grew carrots and beetroot in our garden box. We harvested the crops last week and we were delighted with the delicious and nutricious crop that grew. We cleaned the carrots and beetroot, Mr O'Connor brought in peppers and lettuce and we had a lovely salad.
