Plaster of Paris Sculptures

 This week, we carved sculptures using chisels and sharp tools. First, we mixed powder and water and then we coated the bottles with Vaseline. Next, we poured the powder and water mixture into everyone’s bottles. The mixture dried very quickly so we had to make lots of batches. The reason we coated it with Vaseline is when the mixture dried it would easily slip out if the bottle. Here are some sculptures that were created.
